These volunteers assist in worship services by lighting/putting out candles and helping with communion.
The altar guild is responsible for the upkeep of the altar flowers, decorations, candles, and fixtures. The group meets annually in January.
Board of Directors
The Board of directors oversees and conducts the business of the church.
Our choir and musicians add wonderful and unique music to worship services.

Our gardeners plant, water, and weed outside flower beds.

Lutheran Women’s Missionary League collects mite boxes and represent Holy Cross at LWML conventions.

Hands in Ministry
This group joyfully makes prayer shawls, baby hats, tiny angel blankets, and oversize mittens for burn and frostbite patients. These items are donated to the Hennepin County Medical Center.

These volunteers communicate in person and via phone and mail with those who are unable to attend worship services.
Mothers and Others Prayer Group
This group meets monthly to pray for the needs of Holy Cross, its members, and anyone else who needs prayer.
These volunteers read the assigned Bible readings during worship services. Sign up in the narthex.
These volunteers run the sound system and audio record worship services to post on our website.

Sunday Morning Coffee and Treats
These volunteers make coffee and lemonade, volunteer to bring treats, and clean up.

These individuals teach Sunday school and help with special programs.
Trustees ensure the physical building is in good working order.
Ushers distribute bulletins, help direct people in and out of worship services, and answer any questions people, especially visitors, may have.
Teens connect with trusted adults. They volunteer for both church and community events.
These volunteers visit members who are in the hospital.
